Summary
My last proposal was rejected. My friend told me that based on his calculations, he found that most or even all people were in favor of my proposal, except for a whale owns 40,000 ETI who was against it with 25681 ETI. He explained to me that it might be because there was a conflict between the Chinese community and the English community at that time that my article was specifically rejected, and told me to try again after both parties have calmed down. But I think it may be that the person really wanted to agree with my article but chose the wrong direction because of a mistake. I also believe that an investor who owns so much ETI must be a smart person.Therefore, please forgive me for once again boldly presenting my proposal to the ETICA community. I hope everyone will put aside their prejudices and take a serious. look at it.
