Disease: Fundamental Research
Proposer: 0xfceF…0Ba3

Summary

Psoriasis is an immune-mediated chronic, relapsing, inflammatory, and systemic disease induced by the interaction between the individual and the environment. The typical clinical manifestations are localized or widely distributed scaly erythema or plaques, which are non-infectious. The causes of psoriasis involve genetic, immune, environmental, and other factors. At present, psoriasis is an incurable disease. Choosing suitable treatment drugs and methods for patients is very important to control the disease, reduce comorbidities, maintain long-term efficacy, and comprehensively improve patients' quality of life. In the article, the author combines the current shortcomings of psoriasis treatment, the author's treatment plan, and two typical psoriasis treatment cases to propose a new method of integrating traditional Chinese and Western medicine and gives the author's pharmacological ideas and prescriptions. Considering the complexity of psoriasis, treatment plans should be individually formulated according to the patient's condition, and prescriptions and methods given by others cannot be blindly copied. Treatment plans are formulated using Western medicine to treat the symptoms and Traditional Chinese medicine to treat the root cause.

This proposal aims to open the idea of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment. For all symptoms, you need to seek help from a professional doctor first. The traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions in this article cannot be copied. The medicines and dosage should be added or subtracted according to the current condition of each patient. For example, Tripterygium wilfordii can damage the liver, so it cannot be used if the patient has liver and kidney dysfunction. The prescriptions in the article focus on clearing away heat and are not suitable for people with spleen and stomach deficiency. Therefore, please do not copy Chinese medicine prescriptions on your own. Everything needs to be based on the actual situation of the patient.
